Presidents Day Sports Art Clinic at Yogi Berra Museum
Thank you to all of our young artists who participated in this years Presidents Day youth Sports Art clinic at the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center in Little Falls, NJ.
Posing as our guest art model was none other than "NJ Devil" himself. NJ posed for sketches, and greeted our participants, who were also treated to observation sketching of Museum artifacts, including Derek Jeter game used equipment.
A video presentation made up the earlier part of the program, with instructional video taking from Tony's Super Bowl XLIV portrait.
Yogi Berra made his entrance as our young artists posed for a group phot with NJ Devil. After all posed for this years photo, Yogi conversed with and posed for photos with the kids.
Over all, not a bad way to spend Presidents Day!
Many thanks to our Sponsor, Columbia Savings Bank of Fair Lawn, NJ. A special shout out to our good friends from the NJ Devils Fan Club, and Jerry's Artist Outlet of West Orange, NJ. Ryan Comer was an invaluable help in the days event, as well as our good friend Dave Kaplan.
